Walt Disney World special events for the fourth of July
Some of the parks will have festivities on both July 3rd and July 4th, but others will only be on friday July 4th. I wish I could go. I am very happy that military members and their family will now be able to enjoy all the Patriotic fun.
Magic Kingdom will have a 14-minute, 360-degree fireworks spectacular rockets into the air Thursday, July 3rd and Friday night, July 4th, at 9 p.m. with ”Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky.”
Epcot, on July 4th, Guests can meet Disney characters dressed in patriotic attire outside The American Adventure and catch a performance of the Spirit of America Fife and Drum Corps at 1:00, 2:15, 3:30, 4 and 4:45 p.m. The Voices of Liberty will perform at America Gardens Theatre at 12:30, 1:45, and 3 p.m., and inside The American Adventure Rotunda at 4:15 and 5 p.m. Ending the day with “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth,” at 10 p.m., followed by a grand finale of a Salute to America.
Hollywood Studios, will change up the fireworks with the “Rockin’ 4th of July Celebration” show. A pre-party at the Sorcerer Hat will kick off at 6pm with a DJ. There will be a special Rock n Roll fire works presentation at 10:15pm. Mulch, Sweat & Shears will have a history musical road trip through America at 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00 p.m.
If I were at the park this is the time I’d almost wish there were more then one of me so I could enjoy all the fun. My personal pick would be Magic Kingdom then a mad dash to Epcot to catch some part of the Grand Finale
Which park would you pick for the 4th of July festivities?
